Does anyone have a backup of a UK TiVo of 30Gb or less (NOT 40Gb) so I can restore my drive?

Drive problem was caused after installing and booting Windows XP. Instructions go part 1,2,3,4, etc then at the end mention what not to do if you have XP, should have told me before I started part 1,2,3,4,etc.

I dont know swapping backups is the done thing but without one my new box is just a big silver box that fills space under the telly. I'd rather have my super useful, cant live without TiVo box. Only been 1 day and i'm having withdrawal symptoms! help!!!!!!

P.S. My machine is a 15Gb and 30Gb twin drive machine, my plan NOW is to get a backup, put it onto the 30Gb drive, make sure it all works then add a spare, fast 25Gb drive I have, giving me my machine back working and a few extra mins recording time. That is....if I can get an image to work from!
