Off topic - AT&T forum ?

Is there an AT&T broadband forum anywhere on the net ? I've searched but haven't found one. The reason I'm asking is that I called AT&T in Chicago and they said they don't have the DCT2000 boxes, but I have a friend in a different part of town who has one. I have a feeling the guy at AT&T didn't know what he was talking about. Thanks.

Your feeling is most likely correct.

One person on this forum called AT&T Broadband support for help getting his AT&T TiVo to change channels on the box. The support supervisor had never heard of TiVo and denied that AT&T made such a device!
