I am just wondering wich, if any, TiVo units come with USB 2.0. I cannot find a solid answer on this question. I appreciate any responses.

I'm not sure if it is USB 2.0 but I just got the new 40hr Series 2 Tivo and it has two USB ports.

No, it's not USB 2.

The "new architecture" Series 2's are supposed to have USB 2.0. This includes the 80hr and 40hr non-AT&T standalones, as well as the most recent version of the AT&T SA's now being shipped. The older AT&T Series 2 40hr SA and the TiVo 60hr are USB 1.1 I believe.
I'm waiting for 1394 ports myself :)

Don't forget the S2 DTiVo is supposed to have USB 2.0 ports also.

From what I understand the 80 hr series 2 and the new 40 hour AT&T unit have USB 2.0, but those also can only hold 1 drive (unless you get creative). Food for thought. Right now, there is no additional use for the USB 2.0 ports over the USB 1.1 ports. I suppose that there are future upgrades planned, but who knows.

Question, if you have say a 60 hour with USB 1.1 and get a newer 40 or 80 hour with USB 2.0, and they start networking, or sharing, would these 2 work together without problems?

Impossible to say, as nobody really knows what TiVo is planning in the content-sharing area, or how it would work. I would imagine that if there's any kind of show-sharing features planned, then the USB 1.1 TiVos would still work fine, it would just take longer to transfer the video file between boxes (assuming we aren't talking about real-time video streaming).
If you're just talking about using the (UN)supported broadband features to make the daily calls, then old and new TiVos and DTiVos should all work fine together on the same network.
