Can't power up!

Got real important question- i had problem, with my modem, in Tivo, So i order the new chips, to set up the modem, got them solder, and etc, while i started, to put the case together, i wanted to try to see if it works, now my Tivo, doesn't Starts, i just go click, click, the fan doesn't move, nothing on the screen, Just wondering what the problem, can, and it it foxable- i didn't touch anything else, except unplug few plugs, and put right back- Please Help, I really spent a lot time putting the chip on, and no it won't turn on
