That was a pretty intense "team building" session they went on. I am not sure that I could open up like they did.

If I only cared a little more about the characters then it would have been very moving.

Steven still seems to have a much more level head than we originally gave him credit for.

Level-headed Steven! Isn't he the one having unprotected sex with Trachell (sp)??

I ended up fast-forwarding through much of the episode. Watching this group of intensely self-involved dimwits pretend to care for the camera's sake just isn't my thing...

Bring on the battles! That's the only reason I'm still watching these clowns.

Maybe it's just me, but whenever I see one of these "team-building" or motivational sessions, it makes me squirm. It feels too much like manipulative brainwashing tactics. They lock you up in a room, and use social pressure/coercion to force you through these horrid games, which bring out private but predictable emotions that they then use to mold your responses. And with that chant at the end, I kept thinking "yes, we are all individuals..." ;) Am I just paranoid, or what?

I agree totally. I too sped through most of this terrible episode. I've also taken a couple of those character building seminars and they're excruiating.

Man, you all should have watched it. It was hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing at all the overacting going on for the cameras. Even worse than usual.

I kept expecting Stuart Smalley to make a special surprise guest appearance at the end when they were all doing the affirmation chant.

What do you mean "for the cameras? You don't really believe this is a 24 hour a day 7 day a week performance do you? That would be a little hard to believe.

Reminds me of the 'team building' crap I'd see in Dilbert cartoons but a lot less funny.

Does anyone think Trachell is pregnant? They've been dragging out the outcome of that situation the past 1-2 episodes.

I doubt she is. If she is, I suspect she'll end up getting an abortion.

Ugh. That's it. I am done watching this show. I can't take it anymore.

Firsht off, thscheres Schteven's voiche. God itthh annoying.

Trashelle's deer in the headlights confessionals are getting scarier and scarier.

And then, there's Awesome Ann. I could come up with some other titles for her. Asinine Ann. Antichrist Ann. Aggravating Ann. The list could go on but this is a family forum. She's typical of these "motivators" - they try to pump you full of team building horsecrap and fake sacharrine emotions to aviod dealing with actual job-interfering issues. And apparently, from her house, she gets paid quite well to do it.

And if there was a boat with all these twits on it, I would somehow try to sink the boat so that the world can be spared from ever having to see them again.
