I have a first gen philips tivo (HDR312). It has never been setup because when first hooked up (with my luck) the modem blew out. So I tried to install turbonet and it says Error- Uknown model: "1_2_1". I am assuming that number is the software version because it happens after seeing "Determining software version..." I thought turbonet would work on any version? Or is there something I am doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated.
