What is the best way to secure the 2nd hd in a Philips 112 w/o buying the bracket from 9th tee? I am cheap. I have seen some threads mentioning duct tape and plactic ties but am not sure where to apply them.

On a 2nd note, I have done my upgrade, it is working great, but I can't get the cover back on completely. I haven't wanted to push too hard, since the 2nd drive is just lying inside the tivo right now. Any tricks to getting the cover back on?
