A few weeks ago my tivo crapped out on me. After speaking with the the Phillips tech support they told me that the hard disk was probably bad. After looking around on this forum, I decided to replace the original 30 Gb hard disk with an 80 GB drive that I had. I used the MFS tools CD and image that I downloaded and Hinsdales How-To. It now works perfectly with almost 3 times the capacity it had before. A huge thanks to Tiger for the tools and Hinsdale for the How-to, and StanSimmons for help with the image. I coulnt have done it without you guys.
