/hug TiVo suggestions

I've been watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer since the second season (1998) and enjoy it tremendously. I seen every episode several times and still have the musical on the TiVo. Well turns out TiVo suggestions recorded a season one episode, The Puppet Show, that I had never seen. It wasn't the BEST episode but it was fun to watch the actors look SO YOUNG in a new-to-me show. Funny that I could watch a show for 4 years in first run and repeats and find one I haven't watched. Now if I could only find unwatched episodes of Farscape or Angel ;P Anyone else have TiVo discover a hidden gem for you?

The Puppet Show May 05, 1997

Spoiler Alert! (highlight to read)

Giles has been put in charge of Sunnydale High's annual talent show by the new student-hating principal, Snyder. Buffy, Xander and Willow find it all very amusing until they too are forced into participating by Snyder, who sees them, especially Buffy, as trouble makers. Things get worse, however, when a member of the cast is found with her heart removed, leading Giles to suspect there is a demon at work harvesting organs. Buffy first suspects Morgan, a fellow student who has been experiencing extreme headaches, but when he turns up minus his brain the suspicion moves to his creepy dummy. Sid turns out to be hunting the demon himself and helps Buffy track it down, saving Giles just before he becomes the demons next victim.

Geez, talk about a spoiler-filled synopsis!

I don't know if the syndication runs keep it intact or not, but hopefully you saw the closing credits sequence of the actual talent show. Pretty funny how they moved together to fill the gap.
