Anyone watch Starhunter?

I've been trying, (really REALLY trying) to get into Starhunter, as the flavor of good sci-fi has been somewhat bland of late.

But between the somewhat shoddy acting and the scene cut-backs from commercial that seem to make you thing something is missing, I think I'm gonna have to drop the season pass.

Now, I do like the theme song, and it plays for a while at the end - probably due to the million and 1 multi-national conglomerate media mogul companies from France, Canada, US, and everywhere else that has to get its splash screen in your face at the end. I laugh my arse off at the beginning of each episode. It seems that it quitely keeps flicking the names of all the production companies that have banded together to get the show filmed and it doesn't stop until about 8 minutes into it.

Small things amuse me, I guess...:D

I've never heard of this show. Is it syndicated, or is it on a network?

Syndicated...and as to the original question, no, no one watches Starhunter.

Well! I now have purpose!

Only real people have TiVo, and only real people know quality TV since they can filter most pre-digested pap from the networks.

I guess I MUST watch it now to give all those foreign companies a reason to unite! (Oh, and to give Michael Pare a continuing job...)

I also never heard of this show. Will set my Replaytv to recored an take a good look at it. I love small unheard of syndicated scifi shows. I love watching them on Saturdays and Sunday afternoons

No wonder I never seen or heard of this show. It comes on at 4:00AM in my area. Talk about trying to hide a show aka killing it. :D

I presume people watching the show know this, but it's a couple of years out of production now.

I can't see investing much time watching a show that's "pre-canceled", unless it was truly amazing TV.
