When I called direct tv a year ago the said it was against the fcc rules to offer seattle or spokane channels in Idaho.

Now dish says I can have spokane local in Idaho ....What changed?

Why doesnt direct offer spokane local in Idaho..because they dont want to?

I believe your question was answered in your other thread.:) It has to do with how each provider transmits the locals.
