I just noticed on the TiVo site a person whose email adress is her first initial and then her last name (i.e. mramsey@tivo.com)... Hmmmm, anyone care to try it? I'm chicken.

Sorry, I forgot... I gotta be REAL specific with some people or they just sit there confused and drooling.

My point is, was, will be... there are some people who post their complaints directed toward TiVo, Inc. on this site when they really need to be writing to someone who can actually do soemthing regarding their complaints, problems issues, suggestions... compliments?
