Newbie Question to add a B drive do I need to take the TiVo A drive out is this just for doing Backups? I just need to BlessTiVo the new B drive or am I wrong...Thanks

You need to take the A drive out so that you can marry the new B drive to it. Adding a B drive WILL change your existing A drive, so you should make a backup before doing this.
