Does anyone (Tiger?) have the documentation for all of the options available for the mfstools set? The how-to gives a good recipe, but I'm curious about what-all else might be available...didn't find anything by searching...

Try the README

Note that it contains several serious errors - MFS Tools 2.0 does NOT reduce the need for extra swap in large TiVoes and it can NOT create swap partitions larger than 127Mb (or at least, it can create a 512Mb hole in the partition structure, but it can't initialise it as swap if it's >127Mb).
