My cable provider changed their channel line-up - now what?

Tiem Warner digital cable in my town changed their line-up effective today, and my TiVo is recoding the wrong shows because of it. What do I do? Do I re-do the guided set-up or will TiVo correct it's own problem the next time it call in?

In Messages & Setup -> My Preferences -> Customize Channels -> Cable Lineups, is your correct lineup selected? Are there other selections that look like they might be a Rebuilt lineup for your area (check http://tvlistings2.zap2it.com/zipco...?zipcode=newzip to see what they say is available in your area)? If so, try one of those. If not, go to the Customer Support area on www.tivo.com and submit a lineup change request (the last time I looked you could find it under the "More" link in the right-hand "Top Questions" border). Also check Messages & Setup -> My Preferences -> Customize Channels -> Channels You Receive and make sure all your channels are checked.

First, for a call and wait a little, like 20 minutes, while TiVo sorts through the new info from the download.

If you don't get a message about a lineup change, then go to www.tivo.com. Somewhere in their maze of menu options, is a form to tell them about a lineup change. If you have trouble finding the form, you could send an email to lineup@tivo.com
