People's Choice Awards HARD to find!

Mom just got a TiVo from me, and wanted to record the People's Choice Awards. Since she's learning, I helped her with the Search By Title... and it wasn't in the list. I did a wishlist for PEOPLE... didn't find it. I knew it should be in the list, but it wasn't there. Finally I figured it out: do a wishlist for AWARDS... and voila: The 29th Annual People's Choice Awards. Good grief... who CARES that it's the 29th one! To search by title you have to enter '2' and '9' and there it is. :(

The new Mole show hit us the same way: it's not called "Mole, The"... it's called "Celebrity Mole: Hawaii".

You don't need to do a WishList.

TiVo + 4 brings you to "Search by Title". Select AWARD SHOWS under SHOW TYPES. When the alpha board comes up, press "0". It will list all upcoming Awards Shows, including the People's Choice awards. I do this all the time.
