If I change my current HD to a 120 and add a 2nd 120 HD (hughes hdvr2) will the current fan be enough?

Probably. Some disks are warmer than others, though, so it may depend on what you put in. Most people report no significant temperature difference when adding a second drive.

I added a second drive in my Sony T-60 with only a 1-2 degree temperature rise. The current fan should be fine if you have adequate air flow. What are your temperature readings now?
