Successfully upgraded my Series 2 60 hr and replaced original 60GB drive with a Samsung 120GB (model HD_SV1204H from esystor.com @ $124). Keeping original Western Digital 60GB on the shelf as a backup.

Researched and followed Hinsdale's How-To and instructions included in Tiger's Mfs Tools 2 download. No problems whatsoever.

Increased recording capacity from 63 hours to 141 hours (variable).

Thanks and great appreciation to Hinsdale, Tiger and other members that helped with me guidance, answers, etc.

I have the Tivo and I have the new 120GB Drive, Now I just need the nerve to do it. :)
