My TurboNET is ordered, and should be shipped Wednesday (it still works with SA Series 1 TiVo's, right??)!! Anything I should know about installing it with 3.0? It's pretty much a plug (change dialing options) and play now, right?

Yep. Just change your dial prefix to ",#401" (no quotes) after you get it plugged in and you'll be good to go.

The comma in this string is a pause command and it is the left (reverse) button on your remote.

This wasn't obvious to me because all the other digits dial on the number keypad.

Whoo-hoo!! It arrived yesterday (even though UPS tracking said scheduled delivery for Monday)...installed...changed the prefix...test called...forced daily call...both worked fine (and quickly!)..whoopee!!! I called Qwest, and my phone line is being disconnected next Wednesday! Yowzahs!!
