Help! Got a used SVR 2000 for Christmas (has lifetime Tivo service!). It had been upgraded (has original hard drive plus upgraded drive). Started stuttering a few weeks ago, and now has just died (tries to boot up gives me a green "serious failure" screen, and then attempts to reboot). Appears to have a bad hard drive.

I want to get a good image for an SVR 2000. My plan is to check each drive (I'd assume they didn't both die), identify the bad one, and then keep the good one in the Tivo (but will probably need to put in a replacement/image). Make sense? Can somebody send me an image?
