Upgrade Series 2 different?

I am seriously considering adding a Series 2 to my TiVo arsenal (See Sig)

I would then have my friend (who upgraded my other TiVo's) upgrade it with 2 - 120 GB HD's. (He has 2 - 7400RPM 120GB he is letting me have real cheap.) I realize the 7400 is not fully utilized in TiVo, but it shouldn't be any problem, should it?

Question is:

Would he need to know anything add'l. being it is a Series 2. Or would he do everything the same as he did with the others(Series 1's)?

The details are different, but are covered by the current Hinsdale How-To. If you blindly do what you would for series 1, it won't work.
