I have the problem after one hour of playing a DVD-R (Pioneer 104 Burning) or DVD+R (Phillips 985 burning) in my and friend's DVD players the movie get freeze, If I install a Fan in front of the Tray to get cold the Laser Bean the movie Continues.
Did someone has the same problem??

And this has what connection to "DirecTV Receiver with TiVo"?
The laser in a DVD player is not warm - my guess is that your friend's DVD player is either broken or the lens needs cleaning. Note that recordable DVDs have lower reflectivity than "stamped" DVDs, and some players have trouble playing them.
