I have a Sony series one that uses the telephone. I have cable broadband, so how do I connect the TiVo to the internet? I have a Toshiba cable modem that connects to my PC with ethernet. And I believe that there is a PCI slot in the TiVo box, but how do I connect with TiVo? With a PCI cable modem card? What is that????

Anything that will keep me from having to run more cable will be appreciated.

It may look like PCI, but it's not..Check out the turbonet card at www.9thtee.com . If you feel like spending a little more money to get rid of the cabling, then check out the airnet card. Of course, you will need a router for this to work.

Thanks, but I don't understand. I have a cable modem for the computer, and have an ATI TV tuner too, but the TiVo is in another room, and, without wireless, I can't network (maybe that's my answer). I'm wondering if I can use another cable modem, atached to the TiVo ( with a TurboNet card?) and make it work.
