Can we change "HMO" to "HNO"?

I presume that HMO stands for "Home Media Option". Any way we can use the "HNO" acronym for "Home Network Option". Every time I see HMO I cringe thinking about the U.S. money grubbing, patient-uncaring, profit centric "health care" institutions with the same acronym. Yuck!

(Not that "HNO" is all that wonderful either -- can't we come up with something more colorful than an acronym? (Hint: I don't mean something that starts with a lowercase i or e followed by a capital letter!))

Haha, when I saw the title of this thread, I was thinking you wanted HNO to stand for Hell NO! :D
