Hacking - season pass problem

First off I have to thank everyone in the forum for all of the great info that helped me hack my TIVO.:up:

My SA1 is setup with a permanent serial connection to my XP box. It also has telnet, ftp, TIVOweb, and updated sounds.

My problem is that my TIVO looses its season pass guide data. This problem seemed to start after I modified my TIVO from on-demand serial connection to always-on serial connection.
I am always able to connect and download my guide data, no problems reported. The guide data shows up as it always did, except when it comes to season passes. When I go to season pass manager each of my passes says no upcoming episodes.
If I go through guided setup again everything returns to normal.

Anyone know what could be causing this problem or what I could be looking for in one of the log files?
