anyone else watch this? kia was nasty, but i think by the end she'd gone as far as matthew to change her life. matthew was amazing. poor courtney couldn't shed pounds to save her life - my guess was she probably wasn't as unhealthy as the rest and so her lifestyle change was just adding muscle.

any idea when the 3rd one will be out?
