lap cool

I found a fan called "lap cool" at http://www.1coolpc.com/. It it origional designed for laptops but can be used for Tivo's. It is only $26 and claims to be the best in construction, aluminum case, etc. I originally bought a cheaper version of this which is constructed using plastic. This cheaper version was not work it at all. I am considering getting this better one. Has anyone tried anything like this and how does it compare with other cooling methods. This method requires no modification to the tivo and no work spent on converting the tivo.
