Depending on how bad the hard drive is damaged will depend on a good recovery.

You will just use the mfsadd command again but it will look like this.

mfsadd -x /dev/hdx /dev/hdx

The second /dev/hdx will be the second drive you will be adding. The x is what controller you are using.

Example....if you have your tivo drive on the primary slave and the new drive on the secondary master the command line to expand would look like this....

mfsadd -x /dev/hdb /dev/hdc
