Those TPs that you mention are all spot beams and they transmit at a higher power level. That's why you are getting some signal from them. You probably get your locals on one of them, hence the lower channels working.
I'd have to say that this is a tree problem. Time to look for another dish location. Maybe farther away from the trees so you can "see" over them.
