HELP! DTiVo keeps rebooting after 11-29 minutes

My DTiVo (Sony T60 v2.5.2-01-1-011) keeps rebooting after about 11 to 29 minutes of uptime. This unit was fine until recently, I figure it started doing this around August 23rd because that is when I started getting partial recordings. The last thing in the kernel log always seems to be :

kernel: OSlink[0] command (110E) timed out

although twice it was followed by

kernel: IRPACK_SONY12 disabled

Is this a symptom of a bad disk drive? It's got two 80G Maxtors in it.
