The call in time will shift. Check the System Information screen to see when the next one will be. This will tell you how far apart the calls are. Also, if you pick up the phone during a call it will release the line and make the call later. You can't change it yourself,

The daily calls are every 30 hours, so they will change from day to night over time. If everyone could choose the time they wanted, TiVo's servers could be inundated, so they came up with this floating solution.

If you are using a phone line, TiVo will never attempt to make the call when the phone is in use, and will drop it's connection if you need to use the phone.

you could always force a call at 9pm or something to reset the shifting.
