SOAK - Ebay/Half Customer Service Phone Number?

I'm having problems with a direct deposit from Half.com, and I'd like to call them on the phone. I know the ebay phone number has been posted here before, but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know an ebay or Half.com customer service phone number?
