What is Quiznos up to now?

Remember the furry Quiznos creatures with the bad teeth?

Well now they have a promotion with a song I can't even describe. They were blasting it on the radio this morning and it has been stuck in my head all day.

You can "Check out the new Flatbreads music video" here: http://www.quiznos.com/qpon/landing_event2.html

Get it out of my head... make it stop!

That song's just wrong. Very wrong.

They're marketing guys are either on drugs, or geniuses.

It's not creative!! It's a ripoff (or to be more accurate, a homage!)

I have to say it's working...we're talking about the commercials. They may be annoying, but here we are, discussing them again.

We need more ripoff artists. Some new stuff work better with old stuff. Like domed capital buildings in the rest of the states.

Mmm... the website and song are dumb, but the flatbread sandwiches look good. Wonder where the nearest Quizno's is.

Ah, the good old college days. We used to turn the speakers to face the window facing the quad and blast fish heads on Fridays after class while we got toasted. Fond memories!

Quizno's like most fast food spots is very much into portion control so you won't be getting an overstuffed flatbread as in the ads.

They are very good, I had the italian version, the bread was soft and warm and the stuffings were yummy.

The biggest problem with Quiznos is that the sandwiches have an extremely high sodium content (the regular size sandwiches range from 2400mg to nearly 3000 mg of sodium for the ones listed on their nutrition page on their website. There are sandwiches that have more)

If you're concerned about your Blood Pressure, Quiznos isn't your best place to eat...
