I only got around to watching this yesterday, and I can't find any thread for it.
Is there really no discussion of this episode, or is my search technique lacking?

Assuming the former, I like the way they manage to try to keep their "alternate world" in sync with the real world, without having 9/11. The assassination of American politicians in Israel would certainly get things hot in the Middle East.

I'm glad they pretty quickly had a flashback for Donna's experiences because the exchange of smiles at the beginning with the photographer was pretty unrealistic for a pair of strangers, which is what I thought they were at the time.

On the soap opera side, I think Josh has had a pretty good heads-up into his feelings for Donna. Does she get to reject him when she wakes up? That will be pretty harsh. Josh is just not having a good year...
