Post tivo fan questions... Cooling too....

What is the size of the fan in the SA tivo? I want to get a better fan and need measurments.....

Also has anyone put a add-on fan/heatsink on the cpu in the tivo to see if that improves performance or lowers operating temps?

I am looking to add a video/chipset cooler to the CPU and maybe to the mpeg video/decoder.......

The fan in SA TiVo should be pretty good -- Panaflo FBA08A12L1A, 3.15"x3.15"x1". The CPU does not need heatsink at all. The hot spot is the IBM decoder. I'm surprised that the Sony encoder is actually cooler than the decoder.
