Tivo? The 7th Friend?

Did anyone notice the Sony Tivo tonight on Friends? It was on Monica & Chandler's dresser about 3:30 into the show. Looks like we are becoming a household name...

It was visible in the "Friends" commercial they've been running all week too.

I'm watching the show now and boy, that sucker is getting some serious airtime. Any doubts that it's deliberate product placement are put to rest by the extra Tivo logo they put on it. It's larger than the normal one and placed on the side that's getting the most time on-screen, right next to Ross' head while he's arguing with Rachel. Yay NBC.

Pardon me for not knowing that someone was posting the same thing at the same time I was. I'm not psychic like that. Did you notice that the two posts are only one minute apart, or do you just like to pick on people for contributing to this board?

Don't take it personally...

It looks like the other post beat your's by one minute. It's not personal, it's just for the greater good. I think allowing the first one to continue is the only fair way to do it. Otherwise, you get like 9 posts on the same exact topic littering the forum. You had no way of knowing, you were probably in the middle of composing your message when Kronos80's message was posted.

No big deal, no harm no foul. It happens all the time.

Yes...it is an SA unit...

It has been there all season long.

Last season it was in Joey's appartment...Along with a TiVo sticker on the Fidge. Only one episode if I recall correctly.

There was a TiVo doll floating around last season as well. Saw the TiVo doll in C and M's apartment 2 weeks ago.

Also noted that in "Part 3" the star on Joey's fridge kept coming and going, bad placement/editing...

I always watch for this kind of stuff...drives my wife crazy! Great with the TiVo because you can go back and verify....Fraser is great for different levels of Wine in the glasses at camera changes, and stuff. Did i mention i drive my wife crazy looking for these things? Came in second place last year on the Drew C. show what is out of place episode. Next time you watch Twister count how many times the windsheild on the truck gets craked and distroyed on the red Dodge ram, if I recall it was 8 times.

I almost missed it -- I was "distracted" by some of the other "scenary" in that particular shot (namely the open shirt on racheal exposing the black bra).

Yeah, I know I am a pud. I wouldn't have noticed the bra if it wasn't for my wife pointing it out (gotta love her!)
