Username and password?

Do all Tivos use the same username and password to logon for guide data or does each user get his own unique set?

How do I find this out because I have a hardware RAS box that I can't disable authentication on. If I can set it up with the username and password that the Tivo is spitting out, then updates over ethernet, here I come!

Each unit gets it from the serial number somehow, I've never really investigated it. Still, why bother? Change PPP on the Tivo and have it use any username/password you like. You're setting it up to use the serial port, right? So you're not using Tivo's dial in stuff anyway.
