 Talking TivoNet Help Needed Come and Chat

Hi,
I have installed the TivoNet card and network card from 9thtee.com and
everything is working when I ping my address for it and i can telnet it,but i can't ftp into it try port21 nothing tried port 23 and get waiting for welcome if some can help on what i can do and some programs i can use to get saved video off the tivo .

I have telnet into my tivo drive i can't see any files in it only folders /bin crap like this. I did the setup floppy and it should have sent needed file to drivr right?.if not please tell me how to copy files to the drive or dir .and if i can do it by telnet? thanks
