 anyone do a 160 GB IDE upgrade?

I have a 160 GB 5400 rpm IDE hard drive. Anyone know if I will ge the full 160GB to work in my Tivo (Phillips HDR312 with only an "A" drive right now)

Apparently, in some computers, BUS limitations only allow 130GB to be used.

The Tivo will only see 137GB.

Yes. Fortunately it's a software limitation, so you /may/ see ways round it in due course. PTV Upgrade claim to have a TiVo running with 2x160Gb (>400 Hours!), but they aren't saying how they did it at the moment.
