I have had my SVR-3000 for about a month now...I'm coming over from using SAT-T60's (3) with DIRECTV. I had to convert to the standalone TiVo because I cannot get a DIRECTV signal at my new home (too many trees).

I cannot get the audio to synch with the video coming out of my TiVo at all.

I am using an AT&T Digital Cable Box (Motorola 5100) - all my connections are correct - trust me - I know what I'm doing with A/V equipment

This happens not only while watching LIVE TV via TiVo - but on recorded programs as well.

I previously had a replaytv 5080 - and I may go back to that - because there were no problems with audio/video synching correctly on that machine.

Anyone else experience any "Lip synch" problems?? Any suggestions for me?

I almost asked you about your cables, but then I caught the fact that you mentioned this is happening even on recorded programs. (See? I can read!)

Still, how are things connected? Is it a straight Wall-->Cable Box--> TiVo-->TV setup? Are there any switches/receivers in the mix?

If there's nothing funky in your setup, and this is happening all the time, I'd suspect the SVR-3000 itself may have an issue.
