Ok - i did a search on "HDTV Cable". I read the FAQ. I know this info is in the forum somewhere, but perhaps one of you regular posters who has more info in their brain can give me an answer.

I have an HDTV, COMCAST offers a lot of HDTV channels. But, there's no point in my signing up for them because I never watch live TV.

Has TiVo actually announced a plan to support HDTV Cable? Did they ever ship the standalone/satellite HDTV box?
