Just moved my Tivo aruond in my entertainment center, and after unplugging and plugging in, it's GSOD'ing...

I wonder, if it fixes itself, will my hacks will be gone?

It should be OK. It's mostly just checking the MFS partitions.

It just rebooted and was a black screen - weird - but when I hit the TIVO button, I got the main screen, and all looks ok now....

If the TiVo was in Standby mode when you pulled the plug, it will have reverted to Standby when it powered back up (nothing to do with the GSOD).
