Anyone not get HMO free trial that signed up for it?

I signed up for it on 08/02 but still don't have it yet. I forced a connection and restarted just now (5:45pm EST) but still nothing. Is anyone else not getting it?

I went through the sign-up process, but apparently something didn't work. I sent a PM to TivoBill with my TSN, and he's already responded back that it didn't register on their system, but that he would put the request in, and it should show up in a couple of days. In another thread, he mentioned that any requests put in manually will take longer due to a different process. So if you haven't gotten it, you probably want to send him a short note with you TSN.

Now just to wait for the surprise in a couple of days.

Same thing happened to me--I signed up but the system didn't get it. PM to TiVoBill resulted in reply that he'd put in a manual order and that it would take 3-4 days or so to activate, so we should start looking again or forcing a connection (phone or cable) on Friday or so.

What's this talk about "signing up?" Was there another step after clicking on "Yes" in the promo last week? I clicked on yes and left town for a few days. I checked today upon my return, and the HMO promo is gone from TiVo Central... no messages... no email.

CAJones, clicking Yes = signing up; it's one and the same. However, based on many responses here, clicking Yes to sign up doesn't necessarily mean that TiVo got your Yes response. That's been the rub for many of us, but TiVoBill can put it in for you manually if he finds that the TiVo system didn't receive your Yes. Send a PM to him with your TSN and ask him to check for you if you haven't gotten it yet.
