Hi, Does anyone have a "DCT2500 Motorola Box" with an "S-VIDEO" port from Comcast???

They are hard to get, and the fron line personnel don't know what S-video is, or that there are S-video 2500s around someplaces (or possibly they do know, but are tolde ro be ignorant).

From a Cox Cable customer experience, when getting a new box from the cable office you can request an SVideo equipped unit. They are also smaller and change channels faster(Great for IR users) Most installers are high school dropouts and barely survived the week long training course(it they had one) so use the office and self install which requires less effort than dealing with the installers.
