HMO working great, except remote scheduling

Hi. I got my HMO up and running today (ordered it Tuesday).

However, when I log in to TiVo Central Online and try remote scheduling, it tells me:

"Sorry, remote scheduling is only available for TiVo Series2™ DVRs with Home Media Option"

Well, obviously I have a series 2 DVR with the Homer Media Option.

Any ideas as to why the system thinks I'm not eligible for remote scheduling?

Tex - I suspect that there is a delay in getting it started. I recall it took me a day or two before it worked. I got the same message.
