Adobe, Tivo and HMO

Sorry, I don't normally lurk in this group as I have only DTivos, thus no HMO

But came accross this article today at CNet: New Adobe Photo Album

It appears that Adobe has gotten on the HMO/Tivo bandwagon and has made their next version of PhotoAlbum with hook in's to push the pictures to TiVo.

I can only assume this is going to work on HMO enabled units.

I wish DTV would get off their butts and give us some sort of HMO.

My guess is pictures wont be pushed to the TiVo but the Adobe software will make them available just like TiVo Desktop does. If I'm wrong then I want an application that will allow me to send at least a gig of music to my TiVo's!

I just tried this... it will allow you to export selected photos to a directory of your choosing (converting them to jpeg if necessary) and automatically publishing it to TiVo desktop. The cool thing is that it will only create the shortcuts so you do not have to worry about extra files rolling around.

It's a nice value-added, but nothing over-the-top.
