Talking "King of the Hill" (0:30) $3.99 PPV?

A couple of Sundays ago, I tried to record FOX's King of the Hill on the DirecTiVo, and it behaved like the first five minutes of a PPV movie, even including the $3.99 charge for "King of the Hill" (0:30). Obviously, I didn't agree to that.

Pressing the TiVo key and then going back to live TV cleared up the problem, and I got back to recording it normally.

Has anyone else seen this strange behavior, trying to charge for free televison? I wish I had thought to get a snapshot of the screen...

Wink

I believe that is part of the Tivo suggestions software. Your Tivo just happens to really like King of the Hill. Yup.

PS: I checked and there isnt a PPV movie with a similar title...must be a glitch

Obviously, the Simpsons are higher quality than King of the Hill.

It's only happened to me that once, and I still puzzle over it...

Actually it looks like it was pricing The Simpsons as porn.
