Access Denied Errors

I have been running HMO for several months. Recently I have begun receiving "Access Denied Errors" while playing music. Usually while in the middle of a song. I also occasionally get them while viewing photos.
Setup is TIVO server running on a 500MH PC with Win XP Pro. Nothing else running on the server. Server is direct connected to an SMC router. TIVO is wireless connected through a Linksys access point. TIVO signal strength shows excellent. I do many other things on my Wireless Network without problems.
After the error I restart the music and all is fine. Error occurs after a random amout of time. Sometimes a few minutes and sometimes after a couple of hours.

Someone may have a better solution than this, but when I ran into this problem, I simply went into the TiVo Publisher app/TiVo Server Properties and changed the setting to allow all TiVo DVRs access to published media files.

Hope that helps!

Access Denied Errors

Interesting. I will try that and see what happens. I also noticed that "performance" is set to Medium. I guess that I could raise it to High.
