Question new series 2 tivo

Just purchased (and activated) a brand new series 2 tivo on Friday (had Philips S1 before).

Before I purchased, I was aware (from these forums) of the HMO trial. How soon after account activation can new customers expect to have HMO enabled? Will we receive a pre-notifcation email immediately before like the existing customers did?

The free trial of HMO has already started from what I understand. You may very well not get another chance to do this trial version.

Tivo periodicly gives incentives like to this to boost revenues but I dont believe it will be an option for those just signing up to an agreement with them.

I COULD VERY WELL BE WRONG THOUGH--- Well see if others pipe in on this question.

That would be very unfortunate, given that one cannot actually purchase HMO while the trial is underway.

HMO is one of the reasons I bought an S2. If I can't purchase it until the trial is over, and I'm not eligible for the trial...

I believe TiVoBill said earlier that new subscribers would get the HMO trial within 72 hours of signing up for TiVo service.
