HMO: are these things true?

I was about to order a WUSB because of the now free HMO.
But I decided to confirm or deny my assumptions first.

Is it true that remote scheduling is "one way?" That is, if you try to schedule a recording, it has no way of making you aware of conflicts, your To Do list, etc.?

Do the new features allow you to stream video from your PC and play it back through Tivo?

Don't know about the schedule question, because I never use it.

As of now, no, you cannot stream video from pc to tivo, only audio (mp3).
Some have said they think this fall's Tivo-to-go will include video streaming, but whether that will happen, I don't know.

That would be great. We don't get UPN (and probably never will), so I have to watch Enterprise by downloading and burning it.

I've heard that you can add a mod chip to the XBox to get this functionality, but I don't want to enter that whole "scene."

You don't know immediately if there's a conflict, and you can't see the unit's ToDo List remotely. However, you can schedule a program to be recorded "only if nothing else conflicts"; when the request hits your Tivo, it will determine whether there's a conflict, then send you a return email advising as to whether your request was successful (and, if not, what already scheduled program(s) conflict).
